An email confirmation of registration will be sent to all applicants who pre-register for the event. For catering purposes, please RSVP as soon as possible.

 Conference check-in and Workshop sign-up begins at 8am on August 25, 2012.

All Conference workshops are free for Registered Conference Participants. Workshops are optional, per interest, and enrollment space will be allocated on a first come basis.

Conference Participants are eligible for prizes and workshop completion certificates.

All Conference Participants are eligible to attend the nighttime InDigital Showcase (August 25) and InDigital Sunday Experience (August 26).

Meals and snacks will be provided for Registered Participants.

Transit subsidy and childcare for local Conference Participants upon request. Please provide advanced notice where possible.

Conference Participants will receive one “passport stamp” for every panel and workshop they attend. Each stamp will be redeemable for one passport prize draw voucher entry. Participants who attend 2 conference panels and 5 conference workshops will receive a single voucher redeemable for one entry in the Conference grand prize draw, as well as a Conference *Certificate of Completion*.
